Tour operator system

The Intres connection is a genuine online link to the tour operator Winres system.  Destinations, products, and departures selected by the tour operator are viewable on the Internet.  Travel options range from package travel by air to cruises, spa trips, and city getaways.  Any destination or product sold as the tour operator’s own package can be put up for sale on the Internet.

Intres asks the customer where they want to go and when, and then shows available options.  The customer selects a departure date, type of accommodation, and additional services.  Passenger information is requested according to the type of trip.  Different information is needed for trips by plane and trips by ship.  If a visa is required for the destination, the necessary information will be requested. 

When the reservation is ready, Intres saves it into the Winres system.  The reservation is then complete, and needs no further processing in Winres unless the customer requests changes via e-mail or phone.

In addition to the basic trip (usually accommodation and transportation), additional services such as outings, dining, cabins, and local bus transportation can also be reserved.
