Help desk and maintenance


We provide help desk and maintenance services for all the systems we deliver.  This includes live telephone help during office hours (9AM to 5PM) and a maintenance connection to each office.  Software updates are included in maintenance contracts.  This means that new versions of programs are automatically installed free of charge.
